1. You have read and understood both the shipping & returns and privacy notice sections of this website.
2. Your purchase entitles you to download the product for your personal use and may not be shared, incorporated in any other package or distributed in any other way without prior written consent from LROPS.com.
3. Payments can only be made by PayPal
4. You have the right to express your opinions about a product you purchased from us by writing a review about it on the appropriate page. We encourage honest feedback, but this is a public website and if a comment is deemed unsuitible for such audiences it will be moderated or removed
5 If you are the first person to suggest a topic for us to produce a document on, you will be entitled to a free copy of that document upon its release. We will inform you if you are or are not the first person to suggest the topic.
6. Press enquiries can be made to admin@lrops.com, this includes any requests for review copies of documents.
7. Download links stay active for a set period of time after you make your purchase, our software also prevents excessive downloads of the same document being made. If you need a copy of your document please contact us quoting your PayPal order number.
8.All products are written and provided in English only, if a product becomes availible in another language it will be stated on that products page.
